For anyone who is dealing with stress and anxiety and would like a way to calm yourself down, this book is a good starting point, and it has great guidelines for helping you to deal with stress and anxiety. However, it is only good if you are willing to put in the time and effort, which means to just start slow and steady, and it will help you over time

Our brains are so efficient, that they can learn a new habit, and often times it can become like second nature to us if we practice it enough. Unfortunately, many habits and patterns get hooked up and become automatic even when they are not the most empowering habits. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help you not only interrupt this pattern, but also replace it with a better, more empowering alternative. You can also learn to create a better dialogue with yourself, and retrain your mind to have a more positive perspective on situations. Overall, a really useful book!
